A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable on booking Goat Street Cottage. The balance is payable eight weeks before arrival date.
Confirmation of your booking will be issued on receipt of monies and full details will be sent on receipt of final payment.
Should you need to cancel within twelve weeks of your arrival date, then you are liable for full payment. We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover you for that eventuality.
Should we need to cancel your booking for reasons beyond our control, we will return the monies received in full.
The cottage will be available to you from 4.00pm pm the start date of the booking (usually a Saturday) and must be vacated by 10am on your day of departure.
Bed linen and towels are supplied, but only for the number of guests booked in to stay.
If there are any problems during your stay please report these to the caretaker or the owner; or leave details in the housekeeping book kept in the kitchen.
Under no circumstances should any guest attempt repairs to the property or its contents. This will invalidate service contracts, warranties and agreements and charges for such repairs will then pass to the Hirer.
The cottage must be left in a clean state on departure and the owners reserve the right to make a further charge for breakages, damage or for additional cleaning.
Pets are only accepted by arrangement on condition that they do not foul the garden or the vicinity of the property. Owners must be responsible for the disposal of pet waste. Please ensure that dogs are not allowed on the beds, the sofas or any other furniture and are be kept under strict control at all times and not be left in the property unattended at any time
The owners of Goat Street Cottage, their employees or agents are not to be held responsible for the loss of any valuables or property left on or around the premises at any time.
All guests, their friends, families and visitors must ensure that they take all reasonable steps to ensure their own safety and that of others whilst on the property, the owners will not accept responsibility for any injury or loss caused whilst in or around the property.
